If you don't want to keep the ribbons or awards you win, I'll have an area in which you can donate them back. This will keep down the cost of future shows.

I will email each entrant or post the results on the website prior to the deadline so any corrections can be made. Please be sure to include a legible email address on your entry form.

Original Finish (OF) is a model that is in its original state as it came from the manufacturer. OF China Minis will show in the regular OF Mini classes.
Custom (CM) is a model that has been altered in some way. Any alteration means it is a customization.
Artist Resin (AR) is pretty much what it says – a resin model made by an artist. These models may be painted by the creator or by someone else. If you do not know if your model is a CM or an AR, ask before the show.
Minis are defined as a model that is Breyer Paddock Pals/Little Bits or Peter Stone Pebbles scale or smaller, foals to be in scale
Kid’s Classes are not NAMHSA Approved and will not receive NAN cards. Halters are NOT required for halter classes.
Limits: OF Breyer/Other, OF Stone, Performance, and Mini classes are limited to 4 entries per class. No limits per class for AR and Custom. “Buy-Ins” will be allowed for $1.00 each.
Tags: All horses must be tagged with a number. You may use the Region 5 tag (EMCAT) system. Please include on one side of the tag your horse’s name and your name or initials. On the other side of the tag, please list breed, gender, and number (EMCAT is preferred). If you do not have an EMCAT number, I will assign you a show number. Please let me know ahead of time so you will have ample time to make your tags. Exhibitors are to supply their own tags. Please write legibly.
Horse List: You must provide a list of your show models including: Tag Number, Horse Name, Gender, and Breed. Please place numbers in numerical order. I prefer a computer-generated list over a handwritten one. I will not hunt to you down to ask you what you wrote!

These shows have a lot of classes and will move quickly with minimal time between classes. Please arrive on time and come well-organized. This will be necessary in order to finish in a timely manner.
Classes with more than 20 entries may be split at the judge’s discretion.
Anyone using bad behavior or language, or exhibits poor sportsmanship will be asked to leave with no refund.
PLEASE do not smoke inside the show hall building or bring alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Also, please do not bring any pets inside the show hall. We would like to have more shows here!
All entrants must sign a release form for themselves and anyone they bring with them to the show or swap meet holding harmless the show holder and facility owner/operator for any injury or loss of any type. You will not be able to show if the release is not signed.
You will need to print and bring your own show packet for the show. Printing is expensive, and unfortunately, I am not rich. Extra classlists will not be available.
Breed Reference materials may be used, but please be mindful of space constraints. The tables can sometimes get very crowded. Documentation materials must 8 ½” x 11” or smaller. Anything larger will be subject to removal from the table.
The judge’s decision is final. Remember, it is one person’s opinion. We are all here to have fun.
Models may NOT cross enter classes within the breed classes. A model may be shown in one breed class and one collectability class, if offered.
Do not handle anyone’s models without permission. If you break or damage another person’s model, you will be expected to pay for it. As an entrant, you are also responsible for anyone that you bring with you to the show. Many of these models are very valuable and considered works of art….PLEASE be careful!
If you have a model that does not stand on its own, please place it on something soft on the judging table. It will be assumed that the judge may pick up the model for inspection.
Handlers are not allowed in the halter classes. Halters are not required.
The judge may disqualify any entry that has the owner’s name or initials showing “face up” on the tag. Please be certain that your tags are name side down when your horse is placed on the table for judging.
The Fantasy class is limited to unicorns and pegasi (or a combination of the two) only. A "unicorn" is defined by as an equine with a single horn attached at or near the forehead. A "Pegasus" is defined by as an equine with wings attached at or near the shoulders. Eligible animals will have an equine head, neck, body and legs. Single-toe or cloven hooves are acceptable, and tails may be of any type. OF will be judged based on collectability criteria (include reference materials), CM/AR will be judged on artistry. Yellow Non-Breed cards will be awarded.
OF Collectability Classes - models will be judged on rarity and desirability to collectors. For your model to be considered for a Collectability award, documentation should be provided. Please note that the judge has the right to place horses with no information lower than those that have documentation. A 3 x 5 card is sufficient. This will make the judge’s job easier.
We will take an hour break for lunch. There will be drinks, food, and snacks available for purchase at the show hall. McComb is about two miles away. There is practically any fast food chain you can imagine within a five mile radius.
